Come as you are—beginners and longtime practitioners alike—for a monthly guided meditation designed to introduce you to the foundational practices of Tantrik meditation in global community.
Each gathering centers a 24-minute guided meditation drawn from foundational Awareness Cultivation practices of the Nondual Tantrik tradition. We close with heartfelt kula (community) reflections about your practice and experience.
This space is for those craving a direct experience of stillness, openness, and the radical inclusivity of Tantrik Awareness.
No prior study is needed; all backgrounds and curiosities are welcome.
